Leah Kay Ross

Leah Kay Ross, Kickapoo Tribe of Kansas, 14 months, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2015, at Children's Mercy Hospital, Kansas City, MO. She was born April 25, 2014, in Topeka.

Surviving are her mother: Johanna Lea Ross of Topeka; her aunt: Jessica Lyn Ross of Topeka; her grandparents: Gary Ross and Ellen Ross both of Topeka; and adopted grandmother: Laura Guerrero of Topeka.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence Avenue, Topeka. Interment will be in the Dance Ground Cemetery, west of Mayetta.

Leah will lie in state after 3:00 PM, Tuesday, at the Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:30 PM.
