Larry Pearson

Larry Pearson, age 76, died December 4, 2017 at Via Christi Village in Manhattan, Kansas.   He was born March 11, 1941 at home near White City, Kansas to Ralph and Evelyn Pearson.   He graduated from Topeka High School in 1959. Larry painted and papered many homes and businesses throughout the area. He started LP, Inc. in 1966.

He was united in marriage to Janet Hamilton on May 20, 1961 in Topeka, Kansas.

Survivors include his wife Janet Pearson of Manhattan; son, Lex Pearson (Patricia) Pearson of Manhattan; two grandsons, John Pearson of North Pole, Alaska and Taylor Pearson of Manhattan, Kansas; two sisters, Lana Meier (Vince) and Pam Mullins of Topeka; sister-in-law, Carol Gebhart of Topeka; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by Ralph Pearson in 1955 and Evelyn LeMere in 2014; sister, Julie Patterson in 2001 (wife of Garry Patterson of Manhattan).

Memorial services will be held on Friday, December 15 ^th at 10:00 am at St. Isidore’s Student Center, Anderson Ave., and Denison in Manhattan, Kansas.   Memorial contributions may be made to Meadowlark Parkinson’s Program in care of Davidson Funeral Home, 1035 N.
