Larry Noel Waggoner
Larry Noel Waggoner, 63, of Topeka, passed away Sunday, January 11, 2009. He served in the United States Navy during Vietnam War as a helicopter mechanic.
Survivors include his sons, Kenneth, Brandon, and Greg Waggoner; a granddaughter, Isabella Waggoner; two brothers, Virgil Waggoner of Topeka, and Bob Waggoner of Scranton, KS.
Mr. Waggoner was cremated. Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 14, 2009, at the First Christian Church, 1880 SW Gage, Topeka. Memorial contributions may be made to the Larry Waggoner Memorial Fund, sent in care of the Topeka City Employees Credit Union, 215 SE 7th St., Topeka, KS 66603. Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel in assisting the family.
