Lance D. Elliott
June 28, 1968 — July 15, 2017
Lance Elliott, 49, passed away on July 15, 2017 after a motorcycle accident.
He was born on June 28, 1968 to James and Cheryle (McNeil) Elliott.
Lance graduated from Santa Fe Trail High School in 1986. He worked at BNSF Railroad for 20 years, most recently as a facilities manager.
He will be remembered as a great son, father, grandfather and friend. Everyone loved him; his smile, laugh and big hugs were contagious. He will be sorely missed by many and always in our hearts.
He was preceded in death by his father, James L. Elliott.
Lance is survived by his mother, Cheryle Elliott, two children; Joey Elliott and Megan (Aaron) Frederick, three grandchildren; Paxton Elliott and Breck and Kaleena Frederick, brother Chance Elliott and many other family and friends.
A memorial service will be held from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm, Saturday, July 22, 2017 at the Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence Topeka, Kansas.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ronald McDonald House 825 SW Buchanan St, Topeka, KS 66606.
