Kirk G. Fangman, 64, of Topeka, passed away on September 11, 2024 in Topeka, Kansas at St. Francis Hospital. He was born on February 6, 1960 in Seneca, Kansas to Barbara and Carlton “Buzz” Fangman. He spent his early years in Centralia, Kansas and later moved to the Fangman Family Farm at Seneca. He graduated from Nemaha Valley High School in 1979. Kirk loved to Crappie fish with his buddies at Melvern Lake, Kansas, working in his garden and spending time with his dog Chloe.
In his early years he worked in the commercial trucking industry. He was currently employed at Waste Management in Topeka as an excavator operator.
Kirk married his wife Anna Bayless Fangman, July 21, 2004 in Jamaica.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Fangman of Topeka; her son, Justin Pahmahmie (Nicole) of Topeka; seven grandchildren, Leandra, Jordan, Colton, Arianna, Gracee, Mariyah and Trentyn Pahmahmie all of Topeka; his mother, Barbara Fangman of Prescott, AZ; two sisters and their families, Cindy and Mike Farrell of Flagstaff, AZ, niece, Dr. Hannah Farrell of Fort Collins, CO, Nephew, Luke Farrell of Denver, CO; sister, Tara Neer of Carrollton, TX, niece, Sarah Johnson of Chicago, Ill, Rachel Johnson of Aubrey, TX; uncles, Jim and Delores Fangman of Scottsdale, AZ and Bill Ayers of Ottawa, Kansas. Kirk will be deeply missed by those who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Carlton “Buzz” Fangman.
Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024 beginning at 10:30 am at the Parker-Price and Davidson Cremations and Funerals. Family inurnment will follow at the Foster Cemetery. Everyone is invited to attend a reception at the Parker-Price & Davidson Reception Center following the graveside service.
