Kenneth E. Felch, age 77, of Topeka, passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at his home in Topeka. Ken was born August 2, 1944 in Colorado Springs, CO the son of Everett and Aileen (Blackwood) Felch. He graduated from Topeka High School in 1962. Ken married Mona Myrick, they later divorced. He married Royce Dent, they later divorced. He married Cathy Millsap, they later divorced. He married Arlene Elder-Taylor December 7, 1996, she survives. Ken worked as a professional carpenter for R.D. Anderson Construction, McPherson Construction and Dean Ferrell Construction. Ken was a longtime member of the First Southern Southern Baptist Church. He was a member of several motorcycle clubs; Topeka Touring Society, Gold Wing Road Riders Association, Gold Wing Touring Association and Christian Motorcycle Association.
He is survived by his wife, Arlene Felch of Topeka; a son, David (Candace) Felch of Topeka; a daughter, LeAnn (Brian) Retzlaff of Florida; a step son, Kent Taylor of Jamestown, KS; a step daughter, Katrina Taylor of Atchison; a son in law, Marten Seastrom of Scranton; a sister, Millie Mowry of Topeka; four grandchildren, Michaella, Donna Beth, Anna and Emma; step grandchildren, Thaddeus (Terri), Chastity and Chelsey and five great grandchildren, Wyatt, Elijah, Nora, Emmett and Matthew. Ken was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna Rae Seastrom; a brother, Melvin Felch; a grandson, Marcus Widen.
Memorial services will be Friday, June 10, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Southern Baptist Church, 1912 SW Gage Blvd, Topeka, 66604. Private family inurnment will be at the Miltonvale Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Southern Baptist Church. davidsonfuneral.com.
