Keniya M. Jones

Keniya M. Jones, age 6, of Topeka passed away Sunday, May 7, 2017 at the Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka. Keniya was born September 5, 2010 in Topeka the daughter of Kenneth Jones and Teshna Dones. She was currently in the kindergarten class at Williams Science and Fine Arts Magnet Elementary School in Topeka. She is survived by her parents, Kenneth Jones of St. Louis, her mother, Teshna Dones of Topeka; paternal great grandfather, McAurthur Johnson; paternal grandparents, Kenneth Jones Sr. and Betty Jackson; maternal great grandparents, Aleda Jones and Jean Dones; maternal grandparents, Charlene Jones and James Dones; brother, King Jones of St. Louis, a sister, Kennedy Jones of Lawrence; uncles, Terrell Dones and his son, Travelle Dones, other uncles, JaQuawan Dones, Trevhon Dones, Travis Saddler, Charles Jackson and Terrance Saddler and aunts, Ronnika Mills, Shantea Jackson, Ylando Johnson, Keisha Jones and Brittany Jones. She was preceded in death by an aunt, Charreka Dones.

Funeral services will be at the El Shaddai Church, Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at the Mt. Auburn Cemetery.

Visitation will be held the night before, May 15, 2017 at the Davidson Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made out to Davidson Funeral Home to help assist the family with funeral expenses.
