Julie I. Moore Workmon Brasuell, 87, of Ozawkie, passed away Thursday, September 23, 2021.
She was born October 23, 1933, in Gore, Oklahoma, the daughter of A.G. and Zetta (Dugger) Moore. Julie attended Caruthers High School and graduated in 1952.
Julie worked for various insurance companies as a Secretary in Fresno and Madera, CA. and retired in 1998.
Julie was a member of the Calvary Lutheran Church, of Topeka. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren and enjoyed cross stitching embroidery.
She married Edward Richard Workmon on October 28, 1952 in Fresno, California. He preceded her in passing on January 29, 1997.
Julie married Harold Richard Brasuell on June 13, 2010 in Fresno, CA. He preceded in passing on February 18, 2015. Survivors include her children, Deniece [David] (Workmon) Detjen and Daniel [Marle] Workmon; grandchildren, Dr. Vickie (Detjen) Robert, Kimberley (Detjen) Medling, Morgan (Workmon) Gable and Daniel C. Workmon; great grandchildren, Connor Medling, Madeline Gable, Jack Gable, Ruth Gable and Hallie Gable. She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Donald L. Workmon.
Services will take place in Madera, CA. In Julie's honor, memorial contributions may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
