Judy Schnacker, 70, of Topeka, passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2021.
She was born January 27, 1951, in Enid, Oklahoma, the daughter of Joe and Ilene (Malone) Rogers. She was a 1969 graduate of Highland Park High School.
Judy married Cecil Eugene Schnacker on April 19, 1969 in Topeka, Kansas. He preceded her in death on August 26, 2017. Survivors include her children, Chris Schnacker and Carey (Shawn) Cobb; three grandchildren, Josh (Shawna) Evans, Andrew and Ryan Schnacker; and two great-grandchildren: Kaylen and Kleric Evans and one expected, all of Topeka.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Roy and Bob Rogers; and her sister, Jolene Rogers.
Judy was an avid artist with a great sense of humor who enjoyed spending time with family, cooking, swimming, cleaning, going to the shooting range, playing cards and "beer-thirty". She was a fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals and KU Basketball.
A funeral ceremony will be at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 1, 2021at the Parker-Price, Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, 245 NW Independence Ave., Topeka. Interment will follow at Rochester Cemetery, Topeka. Judy will lie in state after 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
