Judith "Judy" Bizoe

Judith "Judy" Ann Bizoe, 73, of Topeka, passed away on September 9, 2021 at The University of Kansas Health System in Topeka. She was born on January 1, 1948 to Harry and Arlene (Allen) Griggs in Denver, CO.

Judy graduated from Seaman High School then went on to graduate from Washburn University.

Judy worked in the medical field her whole life. She worked many years for the Menninger Foundation and then as a Medical Records Coder for St. Francis Hospital before retiring.

She was a member of Topeka Bible Church in Topeka. Judy was an avid crafter, focusing on holiday décor. She loved decorating her home during all of the different seasons and holidays. Judy loved flowers, and in the summer time her front porch was her own oasis. She would always visit her family, friends, neighbors, cats, and other wildlife of her porch.
She and Chuck went on many adventures together. They loved to camp in their RV and visit Judy's favorite places, Estes Park and Trail Ridge Road in Colorado.

Judy is survived by the love of her life, Chuck Taylor; Children, Heather (Charles) Mosqueda, Ryan (Sherry) Bizoe; Brothers, Dean Griggs, Jerry (Beth) Griggs, and Robert "Bob" (Julie) Griggs; Grandchildren, Rhett (Debbie) Mosqueda, Suzanna Mosqueda, and Delaney Bizoe.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry Griggs, Arlene Spurgeon, and her step father Lawrence T "Spurge" Spurgeon.

Visitation will be held Sunday, September 19, 2021 from 1-3:00 pm at Parker Price Funeral Home. Memorial Service will be Monday, September 20, 2021 at Topeka Bible Church located at 1101 Mulvane Street, Topeka, Kansas at 10:00 am.
