Joaquin "Wha-Knee-Kaw-Bout" A.J. Jasso-McKinney, 16 years old, of Topeka, passed away Thursday, July 25th, 2019. He was born on October 11, 2002, in Topeka to Sharol McKinney and Antonio Jasso. He was a student at Topeka High.
Joaquin had a passion for creating music and was an aspiring artist under the name "ea baby". He was part of the Three Affiliated Tribes, Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara Nation. Joaquin will be remembered for his caring personality and willingness to help anyone who was in need.
Joaquin is survived by his loving mother, Sharol McKinney; fellow artist & brother, Bryan "Bookie" McKinney; aunt, April McKinney; and many other family members and good friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Antonio Jasso.
