JoAnn Kitterman Kramer, 66, Topeka, died Wednesday, June 23, 2004, in Topeka. Mrs. Kramer was a homemaker. She was born July 27, 1937, in Topeka, the daughter of Lester Kitterman and Lucille Farley Boast. She was the stepdaughter of Fenton Boast. She was proceeded by a granddaughter, Megan Noel Linnebur, in 1988. Survivors include a daughter Roxanna Linnebur, Fredonia; two sons, David Fahey, Strasburg, Colo., and Wade Murray, Denver; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Half-Day Cemetery. Mrs Kramer will lie in state after 3 p.m. today at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel.
