Jerry Sue Snoe

Jerry Sue Snoe, 67, of Topeka, KS, passed away on February 27th, 2019. She was born Jerry Sue Gilchrest, September 15th, 1951, in Norfolk, VA. Her mother passed away in 1991, her father passed away in 2010. Sue (as she went by) graduated from Highland Park High School, class of 1969. She then went to barber college and worked most of her adult life as a beautician at a local beauty shop. She married Stephan Franklin Snoe in 1971. They divorced in 1988. Sue never remarried. She found happiness with friends and family. Later in her life, she worked as a proof corrections tech for Jostens and retired from there in 2011. She is survived by her son, Rick D. Snoe, stepdaughter, Laura Ann Snoe and daughter-in-law, Jodi Ann Snoe, all of Topeka; seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and many other family members including a cousin, Deb Tubbs, of Topeka, who was more like a sister, twin half sisters, best friend, Mary, of Kansas City and other family and friends.

Funeral services will be Monday, March 4, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at the Topeka Bible Church. Visitation will be one hour before from 9:30 a.m. until service time. Interment will be at he McLouth Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or Autism Speaks and left in care of the Davidson Funeral Home. davidsonfuneral.com.
