Jean was born on November 18, 1941 to Arthur D. and Catherine M. (Logan) Anderson, in Parsons, Kansas.
Jean was preceded by her husband, Jimmy E. Rogers, her parents, brother, James E. Anderson, and granddaughter, Gabrielle Ashlynn Wiley.
Jean is survived by her daughter Cathie and her husband Thomas Wiley, Grandson, Seth Wiley and his wife Madeline Farron Wiley, Granddaughter, Marissa Wiley Mumford and her husband Ben Mumford, Grandson Jude Wiley, Step Son Tadd Rogers, Step Grandaughters, Carleigh, Camile, and Jacey Konrade.
Honoring Jean's wishes, cremation has taken place.
There will be no services.
Anyone wishing to make a memorial donation, family suggests Helping Hands Humane Society, 5720 SW 21st Street, Topeka, KS or Midland Hospice Care, 200 SW Frazier Circle, Topeka, KS.
