James Ward Frazee, Jr, Whiting, N.J., formerly of Topeka, passed away Sunday, January 13, 2013.
He was born September 18, 1954 in Topeka, the son of James Ward Sr. and Jeanellen (Regnier) Frazee, whom preceded him in death.
He was a graduate of Seaman High School Class of 1972 and Washburn University School of Nursing. Mr. Frazee served in the U.S. Navy. He was a Registered Nurse for most of his life, and a Corpsman( RN) in the Military.
He was a member of the Wakarusa Presbyterian Church, Wakarusa, KS. Survivors include his fiance and longtime companion, Rosalie Plumeri of the home in Whiting, NJ; two daughters, Katie Schell of Kansas City, KS and Rebecca Frazee of Topeka, KS, two sisters Yvonne and Michelle, and nephews, Evan, Adam, Andrew and Paul.
A funeral ceremony will be 1 p.m., Monday, January 21, 2013 at the Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence Ave, Topeka, KS 66608. Interment with military honors will follow at the Rochester Cemetery, Topeka. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service on Monday.
