OBITUARY: James Lee Nottingham
James Lee Nottingham, 42, Wichita, passed Wed., Dec. 30, 2009, at Stormont-Vail. He was born Feb. 28, 1967, in Topeka, the son of Robert Dale and Sandra Sue (Fisher) Nottingham. He graduated from Highland Park High School in 1975. Jim was employed by Envision of Wichita. He was a member of a Championship Beep-Ball Team. Jim was preceded in death by his father: Robert D. Nottingham; his brother: Ricky D. Nottingham; his grandfather: James R. Nottingham; and his grandmother: Lois Hasse. Surviving are a son: Joshua A. Nottingham of Wichita; 2 daughters: Kelsey M. and Anastasia F. Nottingham both of Scranton; his mother & step-father: Sandra S. and Charles Moore of Topeka; and his financee: Rachel Lorei of Wichita. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Mon., Jan. 4, 2010, at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence Ave., Topeka. Private interment in West Lawn Memorial Gardens. Jim will lie in state after 2:00 PM, Sun., at the funeral chapel where the family will receive friends from 3:00 to 4:30 PM on Sun. and 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM on Mon. Memorial contributions may be made to Wichita Beep-Ball.
