James Douglas Garner

James D. Garner, age 57, of Burlingame, KS passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at Midland Hospice in Topeka.  James was born September 18, 1963 in Minneapolis, MN, the son of Max and Joyce (Gerke) Garner.  James married Sandy Cureton July 16, 1996 in Casper, Wyoming.  James worked in the oil fields in Wyoming for Wyoming Pipe and Tool.

James is survived by his mother, Joyce Bell; his wife, Sandy Garner; a stepson, Lance (Angie) Green; two brothers, Gilbert Garner and Terry Garner; a sister, Patty Bell; and four grandchildren, Lindsey, Levi, Lauren and Lane.  James enjoyed fishing, firearms watching t.v. and working in the garage.
