Ilisha Lynn “LeeLee” McKnight, 29, of Topeka passed away unexpectedly on July 1, 2021 at North Kansas City Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.

Ilisha was born in Topeka, Kansas on April 22, 1992 the daughter of Robin McKnight and Glenn Morris.   She was one of seven children.   She graduated from Topeka High School in 2009.   Ilisha’s three children were the pride and joy of her life.   She had a vivacious personality and made friends everywhere she went.   She loved singing, dancing, cooking, eating, sports, attending church and most of all, spending time with family and friends.   Over the years, she worked in retail, healthcare and distribution.   She was employed at Eclipse Advantage as a forklift operator.

Ilisha is now reunited with her father Glenn Morris and other loved ones.

She leaves to cherish her memories her mother, Robin McKnight; two sons, Imarius and Izavis; daughter, Iariyel, all of Topeka; four brothers, Phillip Morris, Trentnell Morris, Dontae McKnight and Tyzel McKnight, all of Topeka; two sisters, Yesha McKnight-Douglas (Anthony) of Topeka, and Kamilah McKnight of Louisiana; four nieces; three nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

We will deeply miss her laugh, smile, energy and love for life.

The family will receive friends beginning at 11:00 am on Friday, July 16 th at Central Park Christian Church.   Funeral services will follow beginning at 1:00 pm at the church.   Interment will follow at Topeka Cemetery.   Please leave the family a message at www.davidsonfuneral.com.
