Ilene Sue Griffiths, 57, Topeka, died Thursday, October 20, 2005 at her home. She was born December 6, 1947 in Topeka, KS, the daughter of Louis D. and Eva Mae Bloomquist May.
She married Richard G. Griffiths, October 1, 1965 in Topeka, KS. He survives.
Other survivors include two daughters, Patricia Harmon and Lora Frazier both of Topeka; two brothers, Larry May and his wife Patti of Topeka; Don May and his wife Bobbie of Millington, TN; six grandchildren, Justin Griffiths, Lacy and Robert Harmon, Kelsey Frazier, Cage and Jada Frazier.
A funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 26, 2005 at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel in North Topeka. Interment will be in West Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Griffiths will lie in state after 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 25, 2005 at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel where the family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
