OBITUARY: Henry Oscar Johnson
Henry Oscar Johnson, 45, Topeka died Tues., Feb. 28, 2006, at his home. He was born Dec. 27, 1960, at Joplin, MO the son of Nancy Ellen Lawrence and Richard Wayne Johnson.
Henry practiced the traditions and religion of the Cherokee Tribe of the American Indian.
Surviving are his mother, Nancy Ellen Lawrence of the home; a brother, Mark W. Johnson of Topeka; a special friend, Anissa Henderson of Georgia; and six nieces and nephews.
Henry will lie in state after 3:00 p.m. Sunday, March 5, 2006 at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence where the family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. that evening.
Memorial contributions may be made to Midland Hospice, 200 SW Frazier Circle, Topeka, KS 66606-2800.
