Henry "Hank" Filby

Henry "Hank" Filby, 74, Topeka, passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2018.
He was born April 30, 1944, in Heber Springs, Arkansas, the son of Earl and Betty Filby. He graduated from Seaman High School in 1961.
Hank was a U.S. Army veteran. He was employed at Good Year Tire & Rubber Company and later a shift manager at the casinos in Reno.
On February 27, 1986 he married Janet, she survives. Other survivors include his children, Shayne Filby, Joseph Bansuelo, Jennifer Bansuelo and Jorge "Adam" Bansuelo; grandchildren, Ragan Filby, Ian Filby, Maxwell Filby, Aubrey Filby, Bradyn Filby and Joaquin Bansuelo; siblings, Ruth Hodges, Chic Lintner and Pete Filby and many nieces, nephews and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Shawn Filby.
Hank was an avid fisherman, loved recreational shooting and cars.
Cremation has taken place. Parker-Price Cremations, Funerals & Receptions is assisting the family.
