Grace E. Crable
Grace E. Crable, 99, passed away on Aug. 30, 2010, to join her Lord and Savior. Grace was born Oct. 11, 1910, in Aliceville, KS, the daughter of Ida Steinkamp and Charles Parker. Grace was a Servant of the Lord, a wonderful mother and grandmother, and will be dearly missed by all.
Grace is survived by two sons, Robert L. (Maril Lee) Wolford of Lyndon, KS and June L. Wolford of Hoyt, KS; three daughters, Nelli Wynn and Doris Sumpter of Topeka, KS and Dorthy (Henry) Drain of Fayetteville, AR; 25 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She is also survived by a niece, Twila (Bruce) Tappan of Peabody, KS.
Grace was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Crable; her parents; sister, Alice; brothers, Johnny and Everett; two children, Nadine Thomas and Alice May Wolford; and step-son, Lonnie Crable.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, Sept. 3, 2010, at the Topeka Cemetery Garden Chapel.
