Glenn L. Grubb, 76, of Topeka, passed away Saturday, July 21, 2018.
He was born February 8, 1942 in Holton, Kansas, the son of George Clark and Ruby Naomi (Molineux) Grubb. He was a graduate of Topeka High School. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.
Glenn was employed by Geo. Wyers Company, later worked and retired from Brewster Place in Topeka.
He was a former member of American Legion and VFW in Topeka.
Glenn married Ellen Mae Gilman on June 19, 1983 in Topeka. She preceded him in death on May 7, 1996. Survivors include a daughter, Robin (Robert) Sherwood, Topeka; two grandchildren, Summer Helms and Allicon Sherwood; and a sister, Vonnie Prince, Midwest City, OK.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Linda Wolfley.
Glenn enjoyed spending time with family, friends and neighbors.
A graveside ceremony will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, July 26, 2018 at Memorial Park Cemetery, Topeka. Glenn will lie in state after 3 p.m., Wednesday at the Parker Price Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 245 NW Independence Ave., Topeka, where the family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. The casket will be closed. Memorial contributions may be made to Robin Sherwood.
