Georgianna Steenbock

Georgianna Steenbock of Topeka passed away on August 12, 2020.   She was born on July 25, 1950 in Topeka the daughter of Ivan and Vivian Rager Hoy.   She graduated from Topeka High School in 1968.   Georgianna went on to have a long career at USD 501 at the service center where she was a Media Clerk.   Georgianna retired after working for over 30 years for the school district. She had a huge Elvis collection, enjoyed any kind of crafts and cross stitch.

She was married to Gary W. Steenbock on March 29, 1968 in Topeka. Gary died August 1, 2016.

Survivors include her children; Stacie Steenbock and Scott Steenbock; four grandchildren, Brianna, Kristopher, Rebecca and Karissa; great grandchildren, Aliyah Rose Evans, Reese Wayne Steenbock and Kayden Dean Cox; and her sister, Jeanette Kerley of Topeka.

Cremation is planned.   The family will receive friends from 1:00-3:00 pm on Sunday, August 16, 2020 at the Davidson Funeral Home.   A memorial graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, August 17th at the Scranton Cemetery. Memorials can be made to the National Kidney Foundation sent in care of Davidson Funeral Home.
