He Lived in Topeka all of his life.
He attended the public schools in Topeka and graduated from the Vocational Technical
School where he studied radio and television repair. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II in 503rd
Ordnance Company. Mr. Taylor served over seas. He later reenlisted and was in the 835th Aviation Engineers. He
was retired from the Santa Fe Railroad. He was a member and Past Patron of Helena Chapter No. 210 O.E.S. and a
member and Past Patron of Clarice Chapter No. 390 O.E.S. Past Royal Patron of Order of Amaranth, Capitol Court
No. 5, of Topeka. Past Watchman of Shepherds of Trinity Shrine No. 7, Order of the White Shrine of Jerusalem. A
member of Golden Rule Lodge No. 90 A.F. and A.M. Member of the Topeka Scottish Rite Bodies. Past Associate
Guardian of Bethel No. 58. International Order of Job's Daughter's.

Price Mortuary. Followed by Eastern Star Services conducted by Helena Chapter #210, O.E.S. and Clarice
Chapter #390 O.E.S.
Masonic Graveside Services will be conducted by Golden Rule Lodge #90, A.F. & A.M. At Rochester Cemetery Topeka, Kansas
Frank Taylor will lie in state at Parker-Price Mortuary after 2:00 p.m. Monday
October 14, 2002 where the family will receive friends from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday Oct. 14, 2002
at Parker-Price Mortuary.
