Frances L. "Franny" Werst, 57, of Topeka, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2015.
She was born May 13, 1957 in Leavenworth, KS, the daughter of Leo and Marjorie (Mallows) Krahn.
Frances was employed by Yellow Cab and Crescent Bus Service in Topeka.
She attended the Salvation Army Church, Topeka.
Survivors include three children, Jessica (Adam) Trent, Shawn (Dawn) Smith and Molly Werst; three grandchildren, Khloe, Dome'nek, and Gabriel; and five siblings, Dennis Watkins, Frank Watkins, Donald Krahn, Laura Porter, Elsie Ann Watkins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son, Richard Dean Werst, Jr. and two brothers, Eldon Watkins and Michael Watkins.
Frances loved her family, especially her grandkids. She enjoyed fountain drinks, watching wrestling, and attempting to play video games.
Frances was cremated. A memorial ceremony will be 11 a.m., Saturday, March 28, 2015 at Topeka First Church of the Nazarene, 1001 SW Buchanan, Topeka, KS 66604. Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel in Topeka is assisting the family.
