OBITUARY: Frances Lucille Boline
Frances Lucille Boline, 84, Topeka, died Fri., May 18, 2012, at Homestead. She was born Jan. 26, 1928, in Topeka, the daughter of Virgil and Nina (Gallagher) Kasson. Frances attended Topeka Public Schools. She was a secretary for the State of Kansas. Frances was a member of the Auxiliary to Capitol Post # 1 of the American Legion (Past President); Women of the Moose # 1091; and Arab Shrine Ladies. She was married to Donald E. Boline on June 4, 1960, in Topeka. He preceded her in death on Dec. 24, 1996. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Harriet; a son, George "T.R." Garvie; a sister, Shirley A. Eddleman; and three brothers, Charles, William, and Donald Kasson. Surviving are a brother, Wayne L. Kasson, of Topeka; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Thurs., May 24, 2012, at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence Ave. Interment in West Lawn Memorial Gardens.
