Fonda M. Peavler

Fonda M. Peavler, 82, of Topeka, passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at a Topeka care facility. She was born November 1, 1942 in Topeka, the daughter of Roy and Marie (Clark) Peavler.

Fonda graduated from Highland Park High School. She was employed by Westar Energy, Evergy and later OneGas before retiring. 

Survivors include her nieces and nephews, Jim (Sally) Worsley, Danny Worsley, Patti Billbe, Lynn (Kathy) Abrams, Richard (Donna) Abrams, Scott Abrams and Kathy Abrams.

Fonda was preceded in death by her siblings, Freda Worsley, Wilma May, Violet Wallace, Elvira Abrams and two infant brothers. She was also preceded in death by her niece, Dolly Brown and her nephews, Charles Abrams and Lonnie May.

A private Celebration of Fonda's Life will be held at a later date. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.
