Florence Andrews, 95, of Topeka, died on Friday, May 16, 2014 at Stormont-Vail Hospital.
Florence was born on September 12, 1918 in Collinsville, IL to Ben and Regina (Lagenwalter) Schilling.
She is survived by one son, Paul (Bernadene) Andrews of Topeka; one daughter, Darlene (Ronald) Boruff of Elwood, IN; eight grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, as well as several great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Andrews, by one daughter and son-in-law, Marguerite and Willard Combs, one granddaughter, Sandy Newton, by her parents, Ben and Regina (Langenwalter) Schilling, and five brothers.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 23, 2014 at the Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence Ave., Topeka; the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Gardens, Topeka.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation of Kansas, Inc. 2016 North Amidon Wichita, KS 67203.
