OBITUARY: Felix "Ray " Sibley
Felix "Ray" Sibley, 66, Topeka, died Fri., Sept. 12, 2008. He was born Aug. 3, 1942, in Baton Rouge, LA. Ray served in the U.S. Air Force for 23 years, retiring as a TSGT. Ray had lived in McPherson before moving to Topeka. He was married to Frances J. Stolte on Sept. 4, 1976. She survives of the home. Also surviving are a son and daughter-in-law: Lance and Lindsey Sibley; and a granddaughter: Addison Sibley all of Topeka. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 PM, Sun., Sept. 14th at 404 SE Rice Road, Topeka. Memorial contributions may be made to the F. Ray Sibley Memorial Fund, 404 SE Rice Rd., Topeka, KS 66607.
