Evelyn June Lytle, 98, of Topeka, passed away on August 6, 2022 at Oakley Place in Topeka.
She was born on June 12, 1924 to Dewey and Helena Knosp in McCook, Nebraska.
Evelyn graduated from McCook High School. She was a homemaker most of her life taking care of her children and family.
On March 6, 1944, she married Kenneth Lytle. Together they had 3 children.
Evelyn is survived by her sons, Garry Lytle and Dennis Lytle; grandchildren, Kevin (Lynette) Renfro, Shelley (Kenny) Lane, and David (Roxie) Lytle; great grandchildren, Cameron (Bailey) Renfro, Cody Renfro, Ashlyn (Pete) Pfannenstiel, Kayla Lane, and Charlie Lytle; great great grandchildren, Blakely Renfro, Brinley Renfro, and Ryker Pfannenstiel.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Lytle; daughter, Janice Marie Renfro; both of her parents; siblings, Harold Knosp and Helen Knosp.
Visitation will be held Thursday, August 11, 2022, 9:00 am to 10:00 am at Parker-Price Funeral Home. Graveside service will follow at Rochester Cemetery at 10:30 am.
