OBITUARY: Mrs. Eva B. Wohler
Mrs. Eva B. Wohler, 92, Silver Lake, died Sat. morning, Aug. 20, 2005 at her home with the assistance of Heartland Hospice. She was born Dec. 20, 1912 at Barnes, KS the daughter of John and Dora (Widestrand) Bergman.
Eva was a member of Brookwood Covenant Church of Topeka and active in the Covenant Women. She was a 70 year member of Wakefield Chapter # 441, O.E.S.
She was married to Elwyn Bergsten who preceded her in death in 1951. She was married to Warren A. Wohler in 1961.
Surviving are her husband of 44 years, Warren A. Wohler of the home; a daughter: Janice Arms and her husband, Doug, of Topeka; 2 sons: John Bergsten of Kansas City, MO and Alan R. Bergsten and his wife, Kim, of Tempe, AZ; 3 step-sons: James W. Wohler of Manhattan, Lynn R. Wohler of Denver, CO, and Craig A. Wohler of Prairie Village; 3 grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and 3 step-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Wed., Aug. 24, 2005 at Brookwood Covenant Church. Committal services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wed. at Randolph-Fancy Creek Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, North Topeka.
