OBITUARY: Erika Gretel Pierce-Ponto
Erika Gretel Pierce-Ponto, 19, Topeka, died Fri., Jan. 30, 2009, at her home. She was born July 8, 1989, in Topeka. She was a graduate of Highland Park High School and was baptised by Grace Episcopal Cathedral. Surviving are her mother: Jo Ann Marie Erika Ponto of the home; aunts and uncles; and a great-aunt: Erika Hall of Topeka. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM, Mon., Feb. 2, 2009, at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence. Interment in East View Cemetery, Big Springs. Erika will lie in state from 1:00 to 5:00 PM Sun. at the funeral chapel. Memorial contributions to Heart of America Hospice, 3715 SW 29th St., Suite 100, Topeka, KS 66614.
