Elizabeth graduated from Topeka High School in 1940. She was a member of Mother's Study
Club, State Street School, Assumption Church Choir and Gem and Mineral Society. Mrs. Brown was a Den
Mother for Cub Scouts. Elizabeth was a foster parent for many years. She was a graduate of Crum's Beauty
School. Elizabeth worked as a florist for various shops in Topeka and Key West, Florida.

She Married Arthur T. Brown, July 23, 1965 in Topeka Kansas

She was preceded in death by: Parents: John L. and Louise (O'Neil) Hardy
Husband: Arthur T. Brown, died November, 2000
Son: John Lamont Bond died March, 1969
Son: Steven Lee Bond died November, 1989
Immediate survivors:
Son: Bruce E. Bond, Paxico, KS
Daughter: Carolyn Bond Carmona, Key West, FL
Step-Son: Dale Brown, Phoenix, AZ

Services will be at 10:30 a.m., Monday, October 14, 2002 at The
Parker-Price Chapel.

Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery Topeka,KS

Mrs. Elizabeth Brown will lie in state at Parker-Price Mortuary after12:00 noon
Sunday October 13, 2002 where the family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
