OBITUARY: Elden F. Tuell
Elden Francis Tuell, 76, Topeka, passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at Midland Hospice House.He was born July 15, 1930 in Topeka, Kansas the son of Carl F. and Ruby M. Skidmore Tuell and was raised by his mother and step-father, Merold Hurd.
He graduated from Topeka High School in 1948. Elden attended La Sierra Academy in California and Kansas University. Elden worked at Kistler Home Equipment Company and after they closed was self-employed in TV repair and later Quality Organ Service until his retirement in 1995.
He married Clella Ingram in 1954, they were divorced.
He is survived by three sons, Elden C. Tuell, Foot Hill Ranch, CA, Dan L. Tuell and David F. "Duff" Tuell both of Topeka a brother, Burten Hurd; two grandchildren Jessica Tuell of Topeka and Nathan Tuell and fiancee, Taylor, both of Tulsa, OK; and a great-granddaughter, Trinity Rene' Tuell; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be at 10:00 AM, Fri., May 25, 2007, at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence.
