Dorothy Delores "Dottie" Cordova, 72, Topeka, KS, died Saturday, October 19, 2013, at St. Francis Hospital, Topeka. She was born December 9, 1940, the daughter of Amos and Esther Jane (Moulden) Kenney.
Dottie had lived in Barstow, CA, and San Bernardino, CA, before moving to Topeka, in August, 1992.
She was married to Ermanes Torres "E.T." "Herman" Cordova on August 15, 1970, in Barstow, CA. She was preceded in death by a son, Joe Reed, Jr., and a sister, Ella Jane Moody.
Surviving are her husband: E.T. Cordova of the home; a daughter: Veronica Jean Rogers of Conway, AR; a sister: Theresa R. "Dixie" Phelps of Kent, WA; four grandchildren: Bianca Cordova-Cambron of Waukomis, OK, Robbie Rogers of Conway, AR, Cindy Rogers Johnson of Little Rock, AR, and Joey Rogers of Conway, AR; seven great-grandchildren: Patrick Kringle, Corey Gilmore, Cheyenne Rogers, Tyler Rogers, Kaitlynn Rogers, Tayler Johnson, and Tucker Johnson; and two great-great-grandchildren: Cierea Kringle and Dominic Kringle both of Enid, OK.
Dottie was cremated. Services will be private.
