Doris L. Klamm, 86, passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at Stormont-Vail Hospital.
She was born November 11, 1933 to Merle Wilson and Pearl Vera (Segrist) Flinn of Holton, Kansas. She attended Holton public schools and graduated from Marysville High school in 1953. She retired from Stauffer Communications after 42 1/2 years of service.
On August 18, 1957, Doris married Robert W. Klamm; he preceded her in death on October 30, 1985.
Doris was a member of the First United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the Togetherness Sunday School class where she held office as Secretary-Treasurer. She also volunteered at the Topeka Rescue Mission and at the Kansas Avenue Methodist Church. When not volunteering she enjoyed tending to her flower garden, cooking, traveling and enjoying her nieces and nephews and their families.
Doris was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Marjorie Jean Morrison; and brother, Richard Flinn. She is survived by a brother, Wendell Flinn, and her extended family.
Funeral services will be 11 am Monday, November 18, 2019 at Parker-Price Funeral Home, 245 NW Independence Ave., Topeka. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
