Donna Sue Colgrove

Donna Sue Colgrove, 56, of Topeka, passed away on Tuesday, August 28, 2007 at a Topeka hospital. She was born on October 8, 1950 in Lawrence, the daughter of Frank C. and Ethel M. Edmonds Colgrove, Jr. She lived most of her life in Topeka. She was employed by TARC since 1993. Donna was a member of the Oakland United Methodist Church. Survivors include one sister, Shirley Colgrove of Topeka, one uncle, Bill Hanson of Farston, WY,one aunt, Lee Colgrove of Tecumseh, several cousins, second cousins and many friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Frank and Lettie Colgrove, one uncle, Glenn Colgrove and one aunt, Patricia Colgrove-Hanson. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 N.W. Independence Ave. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. Donna will lie in state after 3:00 p.m. Friday at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel where the family will receive friends from 7:00-8:00 p.m.
