Don and Mary Lee Irvin
Don, 79, and Mary Lee, 76, Irvin passed away respectively on October 14, 2015, and October 11, 2015. Mary Lee was the daughter of Florence and Wilfred Lincoln. She grew up in the Carbondale area and graduated from Carbondale High School. Mary Lee was a homemaker for many years and later worked for Econo-Clad as a bookbinder.
Don was the son of Deloss and Cora Alma Irvin. He grew up in the Highland Park area, working for Covert Drywall. He retired from Armco Steel after 32 years of service.
Mary and Don were married on August 10, 1956 in Holton, KS. They are survived by three children: Rick (Darlene) Irvin, Rhonda (Rick) Fowler, and Ben (Janet) Irvin; five grandchildren: Ryan, Adam, Cory, Trevor, and Morgan; and two great-grandchildren: Caylee and Jericha. Mary Lee has one brother: Larry Lincoln; and one sister: Winifred Pierce. Don has two sisters: Peggy Howard and Joyce Ahlstrom (deceased) and one brother: Mike Berry (deceased).
Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM, Monday, October 19, 2015, at Rochester Cemetery, 1200 NW Menninger Road, Topeka. Family visitation will follow at the home.
