OBITUARY: Donald Brent Anders
Donald Brent Anders, 57, Topeka, died Sun., April 1, 2007, at his home. He was born Sept. 15, 1949, in Topeka, the son of Robert Donald and Cecile Ruby (Binkley) Anders.
Don did custodial work for a number of years at Fairlawn Mall. He graduated from Seaman High School. Don was a member of Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church and TARC Senior Citizens.
Donald and Karla Sue Edge were married Sept. 3, 1991, in Topeka.
Surviving are his wife: Karla Sue Anders of the home, Topeka; 3 brothers: Jerald B. Anders of Topeka, James B. Anders of Tacoma, WA, and Dale A. Anders of Portland, OR.
Services will be at 1:00 PM, Thurs., April 5, 2007, at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence. Interment will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery, 801 SW Westchester Road. A rosary will be prayed at 6:30 PM Wed. at the funeral chapel. Don will lie in state after 3:00 PM Wed. at the funeral chapel where the family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:00 PM.
