Deoborah Woods

Deborah K. Woods, 46 of Topeka, passed away, Monday, Nov. 29, 2004 at St. Francis Health Center. She was born May 7, 1958 in Madison, South Dakota. Deborah was a 1976 graduate of Topeka West High School. She worked as an LPN for KNI for several years. Deborah married Perry ODell Woods, Sr., June 29, 1985 in Topeka, Kansas. He survives. Other survivors include a son, Jaison Rogers, Topeka; a daughter, Hannah K. Woods, of the home; mother and step-father, Doris and Roger Herron, Topeka; sister, Dawn Crone, Rogers, AR; four step-daughters, Jeanette Simmons, Topeka; Yvonne Johnson, Oklahoma City, OK; Corrine Woods, Kansas City, MO; Lisa Woods, Topeka; step-son, Perry ODell Woods, Jr, Burlington, KS; 1 granddaughter and 9 step-grandchildren. A funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m., Friday, Dec. 3, 2004 at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel in North Topeka. Interment will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Mrs. Woods will lie in state after 2:00 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 2, 2004 at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price where the family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association of Kansas 4300 Drury Lane Topeka, KS 66604.
