Dennis A. Blodgett

Dennis “D boy” A. Blodgett, age 68, of Burlingame, KS passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at his home.  D was born October 9, 1953 in Topeka, the son of Hugh and Edith (Wilson) Blodgett.  He graduated from Dover High School.  He married Debbie Vandagriff, they later divorced.  He worked as a lineman for the Local Union #304.  He worked for Par Electric and Tiedes Line Construction.  D enjoyed the rodeo and horses.

D is survived by two sons, Jason (Callie) and Del Blodgett, both of Harveyville, KS; two brothers, “J Boy” Blodgett of Dover and Zane Blodgett of Kansas City; a nephew, Doc Blodgett; a niece, Jana Phillips; a sister, Bettyloue Blodgett of Colorado; a granddaughter, Jayden and a stepgrandson, Trevin.  He was preceded in death by a brother, H.A. Blodgett.

Graveside services will be Monday, April 18, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Valencia Cemetery, west of Topeka.  www.davidsonfuneral.com
