Debra Anne Shipley

Debra Anne Shipley, age 64, of Topeka, passed away at her home in Topeka July 1, 2022. Debra was born June 9, 1958 in Topeka the daughter of Robert and Rose Marie (Schoenrock) Cook.  Debra graduated from Perry-Lecompton High School.  She worked at Hallmark Cards for some time before working as an in the home day care provider and most recently at Aegis in Topeka. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Lori Boyden and a granddaughter, Everly Shipley.  She is survived by four sons, Jeremiah (Marisa) Shipley of Topeka, Luke (Jasmine) Shipley of Topeka, Matthew Shipley of Kansas City and Paul Shipley of Topeka; a brother, Douglas Cook of Topeka; a sister, Sharon Ard of Carbondale and 10 grandchildren.  Debra enjoyed her animals, being in the garden and spending time with her grandchildren.

Graveside services will be Friday, July 15, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Grantville Cemetery.  davdisonfuneral.com.
