Debra Sue Cook, 67, of Holton, passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2022. She was born December 7, 1954 in Topeka the daughter of Wilburn A. Vandagriff and Dora Ann Harris Vandagriff. She grew up in Topeka and Eskridge and graduated from high school at Mission Valley High School in 1972. She attended Lighthouse on the Rock Church in Topeka for many years. Debra worked at Mainline Printing in Topeka for 10 years and later worked at Kitty Kat Day Care Center in Topeka. She had a great sense of humor, loved travel, decorating her house and spending the holidays with family.
She is survived by her son, Jason Blodgett and his wife Callie of Harveyville; grandchildren, Jayden Marie Blodgett and Trevin Hartness; sister, Janet Rusher of Hoyt, Kansas; uncle, Bobby Harris in Virginia; and a niece, Kimberly Williams of Topeka.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Dora and her stepfather, Bud Price. A sister, Peggy O’Shea, also precedes her.
Graveside services and interment will be held at 1:30 p.m. at the Topeka Cemetery Garden Chapel on Thursday, January 13, 2022. Visitation will be held beginning at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Davidson Funeral Home.
