Debra Ann Lozzi, 62, Topeka, died Friday, April 29, 2016, at St. Francis Hospital, Topeka. She was born May 16, 1953, in Pontiac, Michigan, the daughter of William A. and Elizabeth Grace (Baber) Adkins.
Debra graduated from Topeka High School. She retired from Frito-Lay after 28 years of service.
Surviving are a daughter: Julie Price (Randy) of Topeka; grandchildren: Cole Price (Amanda) of Topeka and Emily Price of Topeka; a sister: Joyce Oldridge (Ken) of Topeka; significant other: Jack Ewing of Valley Falls; a niece: Kylie Zellers of Topeka; a nephew: Cory Zellers (Sara) of Dodge City a niece: Tina Pace (David) of St. Marys; and her beloved pet: Sundae.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Thursday, May 5, 2016, at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence Avenue, Topeka. Interment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, 4700 SW Seventeenth Street, Topeka.
Debra will lie in state after 3:00 PM, Wednesday, at the funeral chapel where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
