Deborah (Debbie) A. Campbell, 71, of Topeka passed away on September 18th, 2024, at a local hospital, with her family at her side. Debbie was born on January 16th, 1953, in Topeka, one of many children to Gladys Shaw & Noah Shaw. Debbie was raised in Topeka where she would spend her life as a stay-at-home mother and homemaker.
Debbie met Michael Campbell and would later marry him on March 27th, 1970.
Debbie spent her life as stay at home mother to her and Michael’s only child, Cora. Debbie would often work odd and end jobs, most notably being a motherly figure to anyone she met and babysitting.
Debbie was known to her friends and family as being headstrong, sassy, fun and outgoing. Debbie spent most of her time babysitting and keeping things in order around the house while Michael worked long hours at the mill. Debbie enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the scenery at the family home while Michael worked hard in the yard.
