Debbie Schmidt, 63, Topeka, passed away Sunday, August 26, 2018.
She was born November 18, 1954, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Sam and Louise (Maines) Fleming. She attended Highland Park High School.
Debbie married Kerry Schmidt on November 2, 2007 in Topeka, Kansas. He survives. Other survivors include her sons, Howard Andrew Carrier and Joseph Dean Carrier; grandchildren, Kira Southall, Serena, Takoda, Kaleb and Pystol Lynn Carrier and two brothers, Ronald and Arleigh Fleming.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Sandra Fisher.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Parker-Price Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 245 NW Independence Ave, Topeka. Burial will follow at Shipshee Cemetery. A reception will follow the burial at Parker-Price Reception Center. Visitation will be held on Friday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Parker-Price Reception Center, 1940 NW Central Ave, Topeka.
