Daryl Becker

Daryl A. Becker, 69 died, Monday, July 4, 2005 at Stormont-Vail Health Center. He was born March 20, 1936 in Topeka, KS, the son of E.G. and Marjorie Moore Becker.
Daryl graduated from Kansas State University in 1958, where he was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity and served as President. He currently was on the Campaign Steering Committee and Fundraising Team for the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternities new Chapter House and the Stormont-Vail Foundation Board of Trustees. Daryl was a retired Topeka area banker.
He married Kaydene Dashen June 14, 1959 in Pratt, Kansas. She died August 4, 2002.
Survivors, include a son, Scott Becker, Meriden; and a granddaughter, Ashton Becker, Meriden.
A funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, July 9, 2005 at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel in North Topeka. Interment will be in Meriden Cemetery.
Mr. Becker will lie in state after 3:00 pm Friday, July 8, 2005 at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel where the family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
