OBITUARY: Danise "Dani" Lynn Snook
Danise "Dani" Lynn Snook, 61, of Topeka, died Sun., June 13, 2010, at her home. She was born July 8, 1948, at Clay Center, the daughter of Dan D. and Frances A. (Sandburg) Anderson. She worked for the State of Kansas for 29 years. Dani was a member of First Congregational Church, life-member of the Auxiliary to Sabetha Memorial V.F.W. Post # 7285; and Arab Shrine Ladies to the Sun Devils. She was married to David Lee Snook on March 22, 1967, at Sabetha. He survives. Surviving in addition to her husband are a son: Scott Snook (Shannon) of Topeka; a daughter: Shari Moszeter (Dan) of Topeka; her father: Dan D. Anderson of Sabetha; 3 sisters: Diane Thieme, Connie Lukert, and Cindi Dean all of Sabetha; and 2 grandchildren: Randi Moszeter and Addisyn Snook. She was preceded in death by her mother, Frances A. Anderson. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Fri., June 18, 2010, at First Congregational Church. Interment in Penwell-Gabel Cemetery. Dani will lie in state after 3:00 PM, Thurs., at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence Avenue, Topeka, where the family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:00 PM.
