Dana M. Kottman

Dana M. Kottman, age 25, formerly of Topeka, passed away Sunday, March 7, 2021 in San Diego, California. Dana was born February 29, 1996 in Topeka the youngest of three children born to Clarence “Bud” and Treava (Weaver) Kottman. Dana grew up in Topeka, graduating from Seaman High School in 2014. While at Seaman, she played high school and club volleyball and was in track. She was active with the Seaman Band. Dana was a long-time member of Fellowship Bible Church. Dana is survived by her parents, Bud and Treava Kottman of San Diego, CA; sister, Emily (Josh) Wieland of Topeka; brother, Jacob (Kaylin) Kottman of San Diego, CA; nieces, Madi and Kailee; nephew, Easton; maternal grandparents, Dena and Ray Miller and Orlen and Martha Weaver; paternal grandmother, Wilma Hilton. She was preceded in death by paternal grandfather Dale Hilton.
Funeral services will be Friday, March 19, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Fellowship Bible Church. Dana will lie in state Thursday from noon – 7:00 p.m. at the Davidson Funeral Home with visitation from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Interment will be at the Prairie Home Cemetery. The Kottman family requests in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fellowship Bible Church/Camp Barnabus Scholarship Fund and left in care of the Davidson Funeral Home.
